It provides excellent spinal immobilisation while the patient is in a seated position, making it ideal for car accidents, trapped vehicle scenarios and extraction from armoured vehicles. The vest stays securely in place during lifting and offers ergonomic handling with multiple well-placed lifting points.

Tight extrication, no room to swing. Vest moulded around the patient inside the seat well. Pulled them straight up onto the spine board with the lifting handles.
Cordura doesn’t soak. We hose it down at the bay, machine wash if needed, ready for next call inside an hour.
One isn’t enough on a multi-casualty MVC. Otherwise nothing to fault — it does exactly what the datasheet says.
